This home is perfect for your luxurious stay in Las Vegas. With plenty of space, huge rooms, and three luxurious bathrooms will be sure to enjoy. Furthermore the pool, spa, and outdoor space will be sure to entertain! Lastly, the property is only minutes to the highway giving you direct access to The Strip. Downtown, and Red Rock National Park!

Something to note about the heated pool. For stays 1 week or less, I do charge $150 to heat the pool and spa. For stays longer than 1 week, this fee increases accordingly.

We love for our guests to enjoy all that the home has to offer and this fee is simply to help cover the maintenance and utilities expense.

A major rule is No Parties or Events. This home is primarily reserved for family vacations and business retreats.

Lastly, Please be respectful to the home and the neighbors.
