This home will put you at ease the minute you drive through the roundabout driveway and feel all the space around you. The lot is huge and the house fits on it perfectly. Plenty of shade with tall trees in the front yard and an open area in the back with a spa, barbecue, and seating area.

Inside the home you will find a living room with seating room for the whole family around the modern fire place. A dining room table along with a brand new kitchen complete the inside of this home making it the ideal space for a group gathering of all ages. Feel at home away from home using the fully stocked kitchen and memory foam beds during your stay.

Located in a nice neighborhood, this area is perfect for walking or jogging. The location couldn't be any better, only about 10-15 minutes from The Strip and Old Downtown Las Vegas.

Lastly, I love hosting guests but I won t bother you during your stay. Unless of course you need something, I am always available!

A major rule for me is No Parties. This home is for family vacations and business retreats. Please be respectful of the home and the neighbors.
